INSTRUCTIONS

To upload your document:
1 - Select the financial aid year in the drop down,
2 - Select the description of your document in the 'Description of Document :' box,
3 - Click 'Browse',
4 - Browse your device for your document,
5 - Double click or select the file and click 'Open' to add the document ,
6 - Click 'Upload File'*,
7 - Click 'Submit'.

*If a file has been uploaded, you will only see 'Delete File' next to the uploaded document's name.

Description of Document

Select document file to upload. Acceptable file formats are: PDF, Images (.jpg, .gif, .png), and Microsoft Word (.doc, .docx). Maximum file size 50 MB.
