Appeal Process

Documents substantiating this statement should be uploaded. The appeal form must be filed with fifteen (15) days from the date of the ticket. A lost ticket, forgetfulness, parking only for a short period, failure to register vehicle, and/or not seeing the signs are unacceptable grounds for appeal. Please be very specific. Upload a diagram if necessary. You will be notified by email of the decision.

The goal of the appeals process is to provide members of the college community with a way to resolve contested parking citations. The appeals process has been designed to:

provide information and assistance for the appellant
evaluate the effectiveness of campus parking regulations, signage and enforcement efforts and suggest ways to improve them
modify the behavior of repeat offenders

Handicap Violation

photocopy of (valid) handicap hangtag
photocopy of individual's driver's license
