Thanks to our generous donors, the Midwest Trust Center is pleased to offer transportation funding in the form of bus reimbursement for school groups with financial need.

The following restrictions apply:

Up to $5.00 per person
Requests must be submitted before your scheduled performance date.
The bus invoice and W9 must be submitted within 60 days of your performance date.
The subsidy may only be used once per teacher per season/school year. Priority is given to Title 1 schools.
Reimbursement checks will be made out to the name on your W9 and mailed to your school building.
