R-ATP Step 4 Transcript Request

Please complete this form once you have determined your eligibility for the R-ATP certificate with reduced total hours. We will process your request and send you your official transcript within approximately two weeks after receiving your request. You will then be able to take the official signed transcript with you when you complete your ATP checkride. The examiner will need this document to submit with your FAA Form 8710 once you pass the checkride.
