This form can be used to request information from an ETSU catalog that is not available in electronic format. Archived catalogs available in electronic format can be found on the Office of the Registrar's website (https://catalog.etsu.edu/). Catalog information will be scanned and emailed to the email address provided. Catalog information may also be requested in person by visiting the ETSU Office of the Registrar located in room 101 Burgin Dossett Hall.
