EMCC requires twenty (20) business days for processing prior to the requested event date(s) and may require more time for more complex events.

This EMCC Facility Rental Request does not constitute a contract for this event nor does it secure the space requested.

This rental is not confirmed and should not be advertised until a Certificate of Insurance is received and the Facility Use Agreement is fully executed.

A Certificate of Insurance, as well as a signed and fully executed Facility Use Agreement are required for all events held on MCCCD properties
and must be received by EMCC a minimum of 5 business days before the event date to avoid cancelation.

Our facilities are primarily used for the benefit of our student population and campus community.

However, when space is available, we are pleased to support the needs of business, industry, non-profit organizations, and the general community.
