1.
Read all instructions here before you begin.
2. The MBTI is not a test; it will simply reflect back to you the answers you give it.
There are no right or wrong answers.
3. The MBTI is designed to identify your natural preferences without external influence. When you are taking the inventory and it asks for your preferences, you may find yourself saying, “It depends on the situation.” If that is the case, ask yourself how you would answer if it did not depend on situational variables.
Answer all questions on your preferences if there were no external influencers.
4. Answer how you really ARE, not how you WANT to be.
5.
If you cannot decide on a question, skip it. If you skip more than 5, the system will ask you to go back and answer more before submitting the assessment.
6. You will not receive your results immediately. Email
CareerServices@letu.edu to set up an appointment for verification and interpretation.
Have Fun Taking the MBTI!
