Applicants who previously submitted an application for readmission within the last three (3) semesters, but did not attend, should submit a completed Readmission Update Application to the Office of the Registrar. Additional documents may be required if policies and procedures changed since your last application. Applicants who applied more than three (3) semesters ago must submit a new application.

Additionally, I further understand that any such false statement may subject me to immediate dismissal from the institution.
