Scouting Visit Request Form

All persons wishing to scout film locations on the University of Montevallo campus for any reason should complete this form and attach a script. Notification of approval or denial will be given within 10 working days of receipt of the completed Scouting Visit Request Form and the script. If the request is approved, the director of Creative Services will arrange the visit. Completing this form does not guarantee that permission to scout film locations on property owned or under the care, custody and control of the University of Montevallo will be granted.
