I understand that completion of this contract does not guarantee the scholarship will be awarded.
This award is based on a last dollar in basis after all other financial aid and scholarships are awarded.
The scholarship will be award on a per class basis of $250 per class with a total combined worth limit
of up to $500 per semester and/or year. (Fall semester and Spring semester). I understand that I can
only receive one type of scholarship from the Cannabis Scholars Program and that scholarships may
be renewable for one additional year based on meeting all requirements and completing a new
scholarship application.

This is a competitive scholarship application process and that submission of an application
does not guarantee award of a scholarship. Scholarships will be awarded while sufficient funds
are available.
Must be accepted to SUNY Niagara.
If applying as a for-credit student, I must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid
(FAFSA), the New York State Tuition Assistance Program (TAP) Application and provide all required
documents to process Financial Aid. Note, if you are awarded this scholarship, as a for-credit degree
program student, you may only use this scholarship to purchase course textbooks and supplies.
If applying as a non-credit student, I understand this scholarship will be applied directly against
course enrollment fees and is non-refundable regardless of completion status.
