The addition to pay form is for additional one-time payment for services outside or within the scope of current position for exempt staff and student employees.
Awards and Prizes Form
Awards and prizes are typically presentations of cash, cash equivalents or other tangible personal property (i) bestowed on NMIMT faculty, staff, students, or non-NMIMT individuals in recognition of outstanding achievement in teaching, research, academic performance or other outstanding performance-related activities, or employee achievement awards. This does not include Domestic Educational Assistance Funds that are awarded to a student through their student account.
Domestic Educational Assistance Funds (DEAF)
The DEAF form is used for allocating departmental or grant scholarships to students.
