Is it still an option to change a class from letter grade to pass/no pass?
Refer to the class schedule or catalog to determine if a class is approved for the pass/no pass (P/NP) grade option. Pass/No Pass requests are completed via myGateway, go to Tools, then Registration, and then click Pass/No Pass and Variable Units. The deadline to choose the P/NP option is generally the same as the last date to add the course.
I want to petition for the grade that I received. I believe I should've gotten a higher grade.
You will have to contact the instructor to discuss the possibility of changing your grade.
How do I replace my grade if I repeat the course and receive a better grade?
When a student repeats a course with a better grade, they can complete the course repeat adjustment form. You can find the form on the admissions & records downloadable forms page.
When will my term grades be posted to my transcript?
You should see grades on your transcript about 2 weeks after the end of the term. Please refer to your unofficial transcript located within myGateway.
