Important information before you submit your Sponsored Organization/Third Party Billing Letter:

If your tuition is being paid for by a third party or sponsoring company, you’ll need to provide us with written authorization for payment of tuition and/or fees on the organization’s letterhead.

Financial guarantee signed by authorized company individual

Once we receive the authorization and the student has registered for courses, their account will be credited conditionally for the amount guaranteed by their sponsor in the form of an anticipated 3rd party credit.

If you are submitting a voucher, the dates listed on the voucher must match your enrollment or fall within the start and end dates of the semester. Pace University cannot send a bill to your sponsor if the voucher information does not match your records.

Once we are in receipt of your document, your account and bill will be conditionally credited for the amount guaranteed by your Third-Party sponsor/payor.

College-Savings Plan Document Submission

Important information before you submit your 529 College Saving Plan Proof of Initiation of Payment Letter:

Many states and financial services institutions offer 529 savings programs for families to save money for a child’s college education. Each program has separate rules and regulations governing how funds may be used and how to have monies sent to Pace University. Always check with your provider about how and when to request the release of funds, as well as what documents, such as an electronic copy of the student’s bill, are needed.

If you have initiated payment through your 529 College Savings account, you’ll need to provide us proof that the payment has been initiated. The proof of payment must include the following information:

Student name
Dollar amount of initiated payment (s)
Date payment was initiated.

Once we receive the proof of payment, your account will be credited conditionally for the amount of the payment.

An outside scholarship is a scholarship that the university does not provide. Students with outside/ private scholarships should provide their scholarship letter to the Outside Scholarship team.

Checklist of what your outside scholarship acknowledgment letter should include:

Your name
Your Pace University ID number
Semester(s)/academic year covered
Scholarship conditions or terms of agreement
Scholarship amount
Scholarship company’s name, address, contact person, email address, and telephone number.
Is the scholarship tuition-specific, or can it be applied to other charges?
