What is myGateway?
myGateway is the online student portal for Fullerton and Cypress College, providing access to registration, financial aid, and fee payments. You can log in at myGateway.
What is my Student/Banner ID?
Each student is assigned an 8-digit Student ID (Banner ID) upon admission to Fullerton or Cypress College. If you forget your Student ID, visit myGateway and click "Forgot Username." Enter your preferred email (set in myGateway) and your date of birth to retrieve your Student/Banner ID.
I applied to Fullerton College but haven't received an admission email or cannot register.
Your application may take up to 7-10 business days to process. Once completed, you will receive an email with your Student/Banner ID number.
It has been over 7-10 business days, and I still have not received my Student/Banner ID. What should I do?
Please visit our Zoom Room or stop by the Admissions and Records Office for assistance with your application.
I have changed my email address since I last attended.
You can update your email address on file by completing the Student Information Change Form. Processing may take 3 to 5 business days.
