Q: What is my Student/Banner ID?
Your Student (Banner) ID is an 8-digit number provided upon admission. If you've forgotten your ID, visit myGateway, click "Forgot Username," and follow the prompts to recover your ID.
Q: I applied to Fullerton College but haven't received an admission email or cannot register.
Your application can take 7-10 business days. You'll receive an email once processed with your Student/Banner ID.
Q: It’s been more than 7-10 business days, and I still haven't received my Student/Banner ID. What should I do?
