Training Program Interest Form

Please note that you are required to have a current Rec Center membership in order to purchase and utilize personal training sessions (students that have paid fees and Faculty/Staff the recieve University benefits have a membership).
If your membership expires, you will need to renew to continue training. Sessions are nonrefundable, including for expiring memberships, separating from the University, and graduation. 4-, 8-, and 12-packs expired 6 months from purchase and 24-packs expire 1 year from purchase.

Which training program are you looking to start?

At this time, we have a limited number of Personal Trainers available and wait times will vary based on current clients renewing. To begin a program sooner, please consider the MyFit program. This program gets you a 4-week program specific to you, and includes one session to learn all the exercises in your program.

Please do not complete a form for Group Training unless you have communicated with the Fitness Coordinator/Personal Training Coordinator who has confirmed your Group Training. If you have not, please email fitness@mtus.edu to start the process.
