Committee Nomination Submission

It is election time for all Westchester Staff Council Executive Officers and Committee Representatives. The process to obtain one of these prestige positions is to nominate or be nominated by a fellow colleague, and then be elected to be an officer or represent the WASC in various committee meetings throughout the year.

Key Dates:

Nomination Period is open:
- Executive Officer Positions Available: Executive Chair/Co-Chair, Executive Vice Chair/Co-Chair, Executive Treasurer, Executive Secretary.
- Committee Representative Positions Available: Faculty Council Representative (1), Benefits Committee Representative(s) (3), Safety Committee Representative (3; 1 PLV, 1 Valhalla, 1 White Plains)
Friday, June 2, 2023, 5 p.m. - The nomination process will close.
Monday, June 5, 2023, 5 p.m. - Friday, June 9, 2023 - Voting Period (if applicable)
Winners will be reached out to the week of June 12 and will be announced to the Council at the Block Party on June 21, 2023.
