Request to Address Board

Those desiring to address the Board of Directors should complete the request form below. Persons shall be heard in the order of their requests. Questions from the floor will not be taken until all requesting parties have been heard. In deference to the many persons who wish to address the Board, please keep your comments brief – no more than 5 minutes. The Board President will designate the person to whom the floor is given. That person should rise and give their name and address before proceeding to comment.

The Board encourages public attendance and participation in its public meetings. Per DMACC procedure BD1170, a person wishing to address the Board shall complete a “Request to Address Board” form at least two (2) business days before the Board meeting.
