We want to recognize employees that exemplify Onondaga Community College's core values through outstanding service and a positive supportive attitude in the workplace.

General Information:
The online nomination form is open to staff, faculty, students, and community members.
The Employee of the Month Program is a 12-month initiative, with monthly recognition.

Nominations:

Employee of the Month Committee will review nominations
The deadline to submit nominations is the 30th of every month
Nominations will be maintained and active for 3 months

Awards and Recognition:

The Employee of the Month winner will receive a $100 monetary gift sponsored by Dr. and Mrs. Hilton
The Employee of the Month will be spotlighted on OCC Employee of the Month website

Nominee Information

Criteria for Nominee:

Employee demonstrates professionalism and enthusiasm in the performance of responsibilities and daily interaction with staff, students, other OCC offices, and the general public
Employee makes a vital contribution toward achieving the goals of the office, division, or college
Employee demonstrates a dedication to the support of the college mission, vision, and strategic plan
Employee is not a member of Executive Council or on the Employee of the Month selection committee.
Employee is in good standing
