Students who leave Fitchburg State University and are interested in returning may complete this readmission application. Once your application is submitted and your student record is reviewed, you will receive an email from the Registrar’s Office letting you know your student status. If you are planning to live on campus, please contact Housing & Residential Services at (978) 665-3219.

If you are returning to the University from an out-of-state address you will be readmitted as an out-of-state resident and you must complete a Residency Reclassification form if you meet the requirements for in-state residency.
