Hilbert Housing Contract

Review our 2023-2024 Hilbert College Housing Contract and agree to our terms below.

By agreeing to this Housing Contract, I agree that I am bound by certain responsibilities and am granted certain rights, and that I have read the above Housing Contract. Any student wanting to live in residential housing must sign this Housing Contract upon presentation, which will occur during the check-in process. Any Student under the age of 18 must have a guardian sign in their place.

I AGREE to the terms of this Housing Contract.

I ACKNOWLEDGE that this Housing Contract for the 2023-24 academic year is binding and agree to adhere to the policies that are presented. Failure to complete the term will result in a contract termination fee.

I ACKNOWLEDGE the 3-year (six semester) residency requirement.
