Welcome to the Prince George's Community College - Pathways to Employment Program!

What is a Pathway to Employment?

A PGCC - Pathway to Employment is a competency-based learning program where a learner
can obtain new or updated skills in a specific focus area. There are three Pathways a learner
can choose from:

Information Technology Support Specialist
Hospitality Leadership
Administrative Specialist

This is a 100% self-paced ONLINE training program in which you will have 12-months to complete.

The pathway is driven by your schedule, it has interactive lessons, and faculty support is available
by appointment. You take charge of your own success!

A PGCC Pathway to Employment provides a new class of credentials, better aligned to shifting
market demands, designed for learner needs, and faster than traditional offerings.
