Student Recital Request

Complete the following form with all the required information. Make sure that all information (spellings, dates, timing, etc.) are accurate. Once submitted, you and your applied instructor will be emailed a summary of the information. Your applied instructor must electronically sign the form to verify if all information is correct by emailing "approved" to music@stetson.edu with the recital form attached. The sign-up sheet to rehearse in Lee Chapel or Feasel Rehearsal Hall between 12 and 3 on Wednesday is located on the bulletin board outside the music office.

Deadlines

Student Recital request forms must be received two weeks prior to the desired performance date. Performance time should total approximately 7 minutes or less for each performer. Should you need an exception for either of these, please contact the Dean of Student Affairs.
