Transcripts & Records — FAQs (Certree)
How do I request my transcript or records?
Go to our Transcripts & Records page and follow the Certree instructions to request official transcripts, proof of enrollment, degree/certificate verifications, and more.
Do I need a Certree account?
Yes. Create or sign in to your Certree account to request and securely access your records.
How can I track my request?
Sign in to Certree and check your request under Orders or Requests for real-time status (e.g., Pending, In Progress, Delivered).
How are transcripts delivered?
Electronic transcripts are delivered securely through Certree to you or to the recipient you specify. If a school requires paper delivery, follow the instructions on the Transcripts & Records page.
Can I send my records directly to another college or employer?
Yes. When placing your request in Certree, choose the recipient and delivery method they accept. Many institutions accept secure electronic delivery directly from Certree.
Sending transcripts to Fullerton College from another school
Ask your previous institution to send transcripts directly to Fullerton College using their secure service. Electronic transcripts may be sent to transcript@fullcoll.edu. Paper transcripts should be mailed by the institution in a sealed envelope to the Admissions Office address listed on our website.
How do I get an unofficial transcript?
Create or sign in to your Certree account to view your unofficial transcript online.
Start from the Transcripts & Records page for steps to set up Certree and access your records.
Note: If Certree can’t match your record due to a name or date-of-birth mismatch, update your information with the college and try again. For DOB updates, use the Student Information Change form.
I changed my name—how do I update my records?
For chosen name and/or gender identity updates, visit Chosen Name & Gender for steps and eligibility details.
If you have a legal name change and need your official record updated (reflected on transcripts and verifications), follow the instructions on that page to see required documentation and next steps. After your record is updated, allow time for systems to sync so your Certree access reflects the new information.
I can’t see my record or my name/DOB doesn’t match.
Ensure the personal information in your Certree account matches your student record. If you recently updated your details with the college, allow time for processing before trying again.
If your date of birth needs correction on your school record, submit the Student Information Change form. Once processed, try accessing your records again in Certree.
Are there fees or processing times?
Fees and typical processing times are posted on the Transcripts & Records page. Delivery speed may vary by recipient and method.
