It says I have to pay as a non-resident, but I am a resident and have lived in California for more than two years. Can you help me fix this issue?
- Based on the information in your application, you have been classified as a non-resident for tuition purposes. Our office will email you within 7 business days with more information regarding your status. You may need to submit documents or complete a form to update your residency. Thank you for your patience.
I still see non-resident fees on my account summary, but I am a resident and have already sent documents to my residency technician. The emails I receive keep saying to pay immediately, and I’m worried about being dropped. What should I do?
- Please don’t worry about being dropped for non-payment. It takes 7-10 business days for your submitted documents to be reviewed. If you haven’t submitted documentation, please indicate your question in the inquiry box below.
