All non UM-affiliated persons wishing to film on the University of Montevallo campus for any reason should complete this form. If your film request is approved, you will be asked to submit a UM Location Agreement, which will be sent to you to complete. You may also be required to submit additional documents depending on the nature of the request. Completing this form does not guarantee that permission to film on property owned or under the care, custody and control of the University of Montevallo will be granted.

Once you have submitted a request, you will receive a confirmation email.

Please note, the confirmation email is to provide confirmation that the request was submitted and has been received for review. It does not grant you permission to film on grounds owned by the University of Montevallo. The director of Creative Services will notify you with a decision within 30 working days from receipt of the completed Non UM-Affiliated Film Request Form.
