Victoria College will not take disciplinary action against a student enrolled at Victoria College who is the victim of, or a witness, to an incident of sexual harassment, sexual assault, and/or dating violence that is generally considered a violation of the Victoria College Student Code of Conduct at or near the time of the incident.
