To order an official transcript for SAC-Continuing Education coursework submit this form along with photo identification. Allow 7-10 business days from receipt of the request for processing; rush transcripts are not available. The first 2 copies of your official transcript are free; there will be a $3.00 fee for additional copies. To check previous request count contact the SCC-CE Admissions and Records office at CEC_Admin_Records@sac.edu or call (714) 241-5701. This form should not be used to request a college-credit SAC coursework verifications.
