A complete CACC college admission application must be submitted to the CACC Office of Admissions and Records before submitting the Concurrent Pathway Application. The complete college admission application includes the application for general admission, a copy of official photo identification, an official high school transcript indicating the date of graduation, and official transcripts for every college/university attended. Unofficial transcripts are acceptable prior to high school graduation.
