Cochise College Graduation Application

Degree/Certificate credentials will not be granted until all requirements have been met.

Please note that your diploma will be printed using your legal name as listed in our Student Information System. If you need to update your name, or you have changed your legal name and need it updated in the system, please fill out the Change of Personal Information form and submit to adm@cochise.edu.

Additionally, I am acknowledging that, once the application has been submitted, final grades are posted, and all credential requirements are met for the degree or certificate I am applying for, posting of the degree or certificate to my student record may take up to forty-five (45) days.
I am also acknowledging that, once my degree or certificate is posted, diplomas and certificates will be mailed 8-12 weeks after all academic credentials have been verified.
