Individuals, schools, and community groups can submit a Campus Tour Request for a personalized campus tour led by the Outreach Team's Rambassadors. For VVC campus tour-related questions, please email vvc.outreach@vvc.edu

Part IV - Tour Attendee Details

How many students will be in attendance? (Maximum of 50 students per tour request.)

There must be 2 chaperones for every fifteen students; more chaperones are welcome to come as long as the school reaches the minimum.

Part V - Tour Lunch Details

* Please note that lunch selections marked for the Rams Café/DRC are not covered by VVC. The touring group may purchase food at their convenience.

School Lunch - Students will be providing their own lunches.

Rams Cafe/DRC (closed on Fridays) - If selecting this option, please list the number of students and chaperones needed for accommodation.

No Reserved Lunch - students will be eating on their own after the tour is over.

I acknowledge the tour length will reflect the sum of all total tour site selections made above.

Part VII - Photo Consent

Tour group photos may be posted on Victor Valley College media pages such as the VVC Outreach Department Instagram, Facebook, and Tik-Tok.

I give permission to take photographs of student and/or chaperones. I grant full rights to use the images resulting from the photography/video filming and any reproductions or adaptations of the images for publicity of VVC Department’s Instagram, Facebook, and Tik Tok pages or other purposes to help achieve the college’s aims.

Part VIII - Closing Statement and Additional Information

Upon receipt of your tour request, we will do our best to accommodate your request subject to availability of a tour guide. If your tour request is accepted, a confirmation email will be sent within one to two weeks. Submission of this request does not automatically guarantee a campus tour.

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your tour time. Our Rambassador tour guides are VVC students, therefore, we cannot guarantee a tour if you arrive more than 15 minutes late due to strict tour guide schedules.
Designated bus area will be on the lower campus in parking lot Q. This is the same area that the Farmers Market is located in.
Chaperones: Please remind your groups/students to please display respectable and appropriate behavior toward VVC property, staff, and tour guides while on the tour and during presentations.
High school/adult school groups & community organizations: To maximize your tour experience, we encourage your group to prepare questions to ask our Rambassador (tour) guides throughout the tour.
