Any portion of an MT-IGO award that supports a commercial venture is considered to be a recoverable cost. Profits from such ventures will be collected annually, up to the amount awarded and a percentage of the profits exceeding the recoveralbe cost will be claimed by the University unless the University transfers its claim of ownership to the Author or Inventor of the intellectual property.
