Maintenance & Facilities Request Form

Please submit a maintenance / facilities request form for any issues in a space and/or custodial supplies. If you have questions, grievances, or need an update on your maintenance request, please email reslife@hilbert.edu or facilities@hilbert.edu.

Please include specific details about location if applicable to expedite the process (i.e. descriptive of which laundry machine or where in a hallway damage is). Please note repairs may take 3-5 days to process and addressed in order of severity.
