Please note the following:

Reports not approved by a supervisor may not be released.
Reports will be released by picking them up at the ETSU Police Department Office Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 3:30 pm.
Reports will only be available via fax for staff, faculty, law enforcement agencies, lawyers, and insurance companies after the proper fees if applicable have been received.
Reports on active investigations will only be released with the consent of the Criminal Investigations Supervisor or investigator assigned to the case.
Reports identifying juveniles are restricted from release by law.
