I have a hold because of a previous balance, but I can't pay it all because of hardship. Can I still register for classes?

I am trying to pay off a hold for a balance due. How can I do that so I can register? I went to “Pay Account Balance” in myGateway and it doesn’t let me pay…
- To pay a write-off hold, you will need to contact the Bursar's Office via email at FCBURSAR@fullcoll.edu.
I just paid my balance, but I still have a hold and need to register. What do I do?
- Contact us via Zoom to remove the hold right away. Otherwise, the hold will be removed overnight.
