Pastor Emeritus Edward J. Nettles Sr. was honored with the prestigious Living Legend Award, and his portrait is proudly displayed in the Living Legends Museum. This distinguished recognition reflects his significant contributions to the city of Montgomery and the surrounding communities. The Edward J. Nettles Sr. Scholarship will be awarded to a deserving high school senior who exemplifies the qualities of a Living Legend. The recipient of the Edward J. Nettles Sr. Scholarship will receive $1,000.00 toward their college education.
