The Resident Assistant (RA) is a student leader who serves as a key resource, community builder, and peer mentor for residents living on campus at Cochise College. The RA plays a vital role in maintaining a safe, inclusive, and engaging living environment for students. This position provides an excellent opportunity for students to develop leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills while contributing to the overall campus experience.

To be eligible for the RA position, you must be enrolled in a minimum of 12 credits/semester. RA positions require living on-campus. Please be sure to complete all requirements of this application. Non-complete applications will not be considered.
