The Application Correction form is used only to modify the student type or the admission application term for a currently available semester, allowing to submit a online application.

Note: A student can not use this form to apply for admission; you must submit a new online admission application. If a student submits an online application and did not attend for that term, and the application term is not available online to apply, the student Must Reapply.

First time to attend any college after graduation from high school or earning a GED

Transient

Enrolled at another college taking courses at Jefferson State to transfer back to your home institution.

Returning

Returning to Jefferson State after a break in enrollment of 12 months or longer

Dual Enrollment

High school students taking college courses for both high school and college credit.

HS Accelerated

High school students taking college courses for college credit only.

Transient students must submit a transient letter for the term prior to registration.
