The Application Correction form is used only to modify the student type or the admission application term for a currently available semester, allowing to submit a online application.
Note: A student can not use this form to apply for admission; you must submit a new online admission application. If a student submits an online application and did not attend for that term, and the application term is not available online to apply, the student Must Reapply.
