Return to Complete is a program designed to provide students with past due financial obligations, a second chance to obtain a degree from Onondaga Community College. Students who are granted entrance into this program will be permitted to register for classes while having their previous balance deferred during program participation. We want you to succeed and will provide you with strong academic and financial supports along with a dedicated Program Specialist to assist you in achieving your goals.

*Program requirements will be explained during a meeting with the Return to Complete Program Specialist. You will not formally be accepted in the program until you have signed your contract.
