How do I apply to the college?
I applied to Fullerton College, but I have not received my Student/Banner ID number.
After your application is processed, you will receive an email with your Student/Banner ID number within 3-5 business days. This ID is essential for accessing myGateway, registering for classes, and meeting with counselors.
If you haven't received your ID after 10 business days: Contact Admissions & Records or submit an inquiry below with your application confirmation number and application date.
How do I check my application status?
After submitting your application, you'll receive a confirmation email with your application number. Applications are typically processed within 1-2 business days, and you'll receive your Student/Banner ID within 3-5 business days after processing.

I'm a returning student. Do I need to reapply?
Yes, if you haven't attended for more than one academic year (Fall through Summer). If you haven't enrolled in at least one course during that period, you'll need to submit a new application.
Your previous Student/Banner ID will remain the same once your new application is processed.
I applied before but never attended. Do I need to apply again?
Yes, if you haven't attended or registered within one academic year (Fall through Summer), you'll need to submit a new application.
What are the next steps after I submit the application?
How do I apply as a transfer student?
Transfer students use the same application process as all other students. After you're admitted, request official transcripts from your previous college(s) to be sent to Fullerton College Admissions & Records.
If I apply to Fullerton College, can I also register for courses at Cypress College?
Yes! Applying to one college allows you to register for courses at both campuses.
