Mail Forwarding Request
If you will not be living on campus Summer Semester 2021 but will be returning Fall 2021 you will need to submit a Temporary Forwarding Request.
If you will no longer be living in the residence halls on campus Summer 2021 or Fall 2021 you will need to fill out a Permanent Forwarding Request.

The following information will help the GSW Post Office redirect your mail immediately so you can receive your mail in a timely manner. If you will not be returning to GSW Summer or Fall Semester, your first-class mail can be forwarded for one year, and magazines can be forwarded for 60 days. Otherwise, all mail will be returned to sender.You should have your address changed on all mail as soon as possible to avoid any delay in receiving your mail. This forwarding service does not apply to other couriers such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL. These couriers do not forward packages. Therefore, these packages will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.

If you will not be living on campus Summer Semester, your first-class mail can be forwarded to you temporarily until Fall Semester. Otherwise, all mail will be returned to sender. When you return Fall Semester, 2021, you will maintain the same box number. This forwarding service does not apply to other couriers such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL. These couriers do not forward packages. Therefore, these packages will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.
