Youth Program | Activity Registration Form

All programs involving youth must be registered with the UNT Youth Protection Program as required by the 04.025 UNT Youth Protection Program Policy.

Programs must register sixty (60) days prior to the start of the program/activity or as soon as possible. This online form must be used to register each program offered or sponsored by the college, department or organization.
