Summer Camp Selection/Registration

Opt-Out Photo Release

A parent and/or guardian may withhold permission to have their child photographed at SUNY Niagara during the Athletic Summer Camps.

As the parent or guardian of the camper listed above, I understand that if I opt-out, my child will not be included in any pictures taken by school staff.
