JaxCash is required for all freshman, sophomore, & junior students enrolled in 6 or more credit hours of on campus or hybrid

courses and that do not have a meal plan regardless of commuter status. If you would like to request an exemption, please fill out this form. Please note

that completing this form does not guarantee your exemption from JaxCash & that all requests MUST INCLUDE DOCUMENTATION to be considered. Exemption requests will be reviewed periodically and you will receive a decision via email prior to the payment due date listed on the
