Residual ACT Registration Form

BEFORE YOU REGISTER

Review the following prior to completing your registration.

If you have taken the Residual ACT within 60 days of your testing date, you will not be allowed to test.
It is your responsibility to provide an acceptable form of identification.
Plan on spending at least four (4) hours at the testing center.
Your scores for the Residual ACT are only applicable to Pearl River Community College. PRCC will not report scores to other colleges or scholarship agencies.
The residual ACT program is provided for current students at Pearl River Community College who may not have been able to take the National ACT. Results are reported only to Pearl River Community College. No Student Reports or High School Reports are generated and no Additional Score Reports will be generated to report scores to any other college. Please note that residual testing is not accepted for NCAA initial eligibility.
The week of your scheduled test, you will receive an e-mail containing important information.

TESTING FEES
The pre-registration payment fee is $50.00. The fee for payments made on the day of the test is $60.00 and must be paid in cash.

IDENTIFICATION
You must provide proper, valid photo identification on the test date. The following methods are acceptable forms of identification:

Valid, hard laminated, current photo ID issued by your school, employer, or city/state/federate government. Your name and photo must both appear on the ID.
ACT Student Identification Form: This form can be found at act.org by searching Student Identification Form. Have a School Official or Notary fill out the form by following the directions indicated on the form The form must be filled out correctly.

WHAT TO BRING ON TEST DAY

You will need the following items on test day.

Valid Photo ID
Three #2 sharpened lead pencils
A battery-operated calculator for the math section. A list of allowed calculators can be found at www.act.org.

TEST DAY
Unless otherwise indicated, all testing will occur in Seal Hall on the Poplarville Campus of Pearl River Community College. Signs will be posted at the major college entrances to guide your way to the testing site. Examinees should arrive by 7:30 a.m. All examinees MUST present a valid photo ID in order to take the test. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS.
