Continuing Education Cancellation and Refund Form

Please use this form to request cancellations and refunds for your DePaul University Continuing Education courses.

Cancellations and Refunds

Purchasers may request to cancel a registration and receive a refund up to seven (7) days prior to the date a course is scheduled to begin. Requests to cancel a registration and receive a refund must be submitted via this form. Refunds will be applied through the original form of payment and may take up to 3-4 weeks to process. Refunds will not be issued less than seven (7) days prior to the date a course is scheduled to begin.
