Failure to list all colleges is considered falsification of records and may void your admission. Students with fewer than 24 transferable hours must also request a high school transcript or High School Equivalency (HiSET, GED or other HSE). Official transcripts must be sent from the issuing institution directly to Missouri State University-West Plains through email, mail or an electronic transcript service (e.g. Parchment, National Student Clearinghouse, etc.).

If you are not seeking a certificate or degree and are taking courses for personal interest or professional development or are a visiting student who intends to return to another college, transcripts are not required. Enrollment while in this category is limited to eight credit hours per semester to a total of 24 hours. Students are not eligible for financial aid while in this classification. Nondegree students must meet class prerequisites.
