Purchasers may request to cancel a registration and receive a refund up to seven (7) days prior to the date a course is scheduled to begin. Requests to cancel a registration and receive a refund must be submitted via this form. Refunds will be applied through the original form of payment and may take up to 3–4 weeks to process.
Refunds and Credits:
• More than 7 days prior to course start date: Eligible for a 100% refund
• Days 6 through 1, before the start of the course is not eligible for a full refund. However, purchasers may receive either:
o A 50% refund, or
o A 100% credit toward another section via a coupon code
• There are no refunds or credits after a course begins
Custom Programs:
Purchasers may request to cancel a registration and receive a refund up to seven (7) days prior to the date a course is scheduled to begin. Client shall provide at least seven (7) days’ advance notice to avoid a 20% rescheduling fee or a 50% cancellation fee.
